From Kolkata to Citibank Manila — a 15-year career across Fortune 50 banking, consulting, and enterprise technology.
I began my career in India with a conviction that technology, applied with strategic clarity, has the power to reshape institutions. That conviction took me from Kolkata through the consulting floors of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the global delivery engine of Tata Consultancy Services, through the financial services world at Wells, and eventually to Citibank Philippines — where I now lead Finance Technology Solutions & Transformation at the VP level.
Each stop in my career added a new dimension. At PwC, I learned how to navigate complex organizations, manage legal and business consulting engagements, and speak the language of the boardroom. At TCS, I led Corporate L&D and Healthcare Operations — developing deep expertise in how large organizations learn, change, and grow. At Wells, I built and led training and development functions in a high-compliance, high-stakes financial environment.
At Citi, all of it came together. I've held three distinct VP roles — Finance Technology Solutions & Transformation, Human Resources, and Global Program Management — each requiring a different lens and the ability to integrate technology, people, and process into a coherent transformation strategy.
Today, I'm channeling 15+ years of real enterprise experience into a consulting practice, speaking platform, and upcoming book — all anchored in one belief: AI transformation is not a technology project. It's a leadership discipline.
To help the next generation of enterprise leaders avoid the hard lessons I learned — and accelerate the AI transformations that will define their institutions for the next decade. Not through pilot theater or consultancy jargon, but through frameworks that actually work at scale.
